Septic Pump-outs

It is recommended that your septic tank is pumped out every 3 years. This would include us locating the tank, digging up the lid, pumping the contents of the tank, checking and cleaning of the outlet filter (if tank was installed after 2000), along with assuring that your drain field is in working order.

Septic Inspections

Septic Inspections are part of many real estate transactions. A septic inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of all the components of a septic system. We will locate your tank(s), pump out the tank(s) contents, assess the septic tank, and perform a load test on the drain field. A final report including photos and videos will be sent to the homebuyer.
